Many of us are disappointed to find SBuxs and SBest gone from the inventory. I enjoyed both for a while. Although I'm not happy about this separation, I could live with the loss of the SBs if Tassimo came through with new brands other than MH and G and a reuseable disc.

I love the Tassimo brewer but I too was sold on the Starbucks and Seattle's Best. The T disc are not available in our city. The closest place we can buy any is 40 miles and then they only have the Genevlia and Starbucks (which will be gone soon). There are so many of the Keurig disk that it would be a better option. If I had known the options when I purchased the brewer I would have bought the Keurig. If it don't get better I prob. will be going to the K machine later on.

I agree - I bought for the Starbucks Coffee, now that Starbucks is moving over to Keurig I'll probably move too. I feel like a fool. I bought way too soon. Starbucks is what sold me. I was holding out hope for some soy latte pods too but of course that hasn't happened either.
Buy the Keurig. It's like buying the VHS instead of Beta.

I too fell in love with my machine years ago when I got it. honestly only ordered the Starbucks on occasion as a treat as I tended to drink more economical offerings as my regular daily cups. I have found that I really enjoyed Nabob Columbian and the Kenco Medium Roasts, though my favorite was Seattles Best Henry's Blend, but honestly its been unavailable for so long I am already used to not being able to drink it. I wont lie I will miss being able to enjoy my "treats" and already have been buying back stock in stores.
But I agree with you very much that the Machine is great and really makes a delicious cup of coffee. The right temperature, for me the right size, and to offer the capacity to make very enjoyable cappucino and latte's are still what have me staying loyal to my Tassimo.
I am however hoping that the selection and where I can find that selection does improve very soon.

I Call "B.S." on "BUY KEURING NOT TASSIMO"

I've tried (owned) Senseo. I've tried (owned) Keurig. I've tried (owned) Tassimo (obviously). I've tried (owned) a couple other single serve machines that allowed you to brew your own from your own grounds.
I have only used the Tassimo Direct process once, but when I did it was fast and efficient. I tend to buy my disks locally (and have used Amazon), so good or bad customer service tends to be irrelevant to me.
I did not select Tassimo because of Starbux, but found that a nice bonus originally. Losing them won't change my mind.
Gevalia is not the greatest, but it is not the worst, either. I'll take Gevalia (heck, I'll take Maxwell House) over the more "exclusive" brand names that may be available on the Keurig. The worst cup of coffee I've gotten from the Tassimo is still better than the best cup I've ever gotten from a Keurig.
Sure, each person has their preferences and the right to drink whatever they can swallow, but cheap coffee prepared better through the Tassimo is far preferable to improperly prepared swill through the Keurig, IMHO.
So what, are you trying to convince yourself that you didn't make the wrong decision by buying your Keurig? Takes a lot of chutzpah to come onto a competitor's site and say something like "BUYER BEWARE - BUY KEURING NOT TASSIMO." How much are they paying you to shill for them?

We won't rate you on spelling LOL. Some customers have had very good service, and you are one of the lucky ones. Here's hoping this continues for you, and in some reports it does sound like CS is trying to improve ; ) Unfortunately, this has not been the case for everyone, and if needed changes are being made, then that will be a big positive for Tassimo. And since you enjoy Gevalia, you will indeed be happy with your purchase. Tassimo is introducing 3 more Gevalia choices this summer. Welcome to the forum ; )

I've read a lot of the commets here about the Tassimo Cust Service, the brewers vs other brands, the Starbucks dilemma and a couple of other negative thoughts. About 3 weeks ago I ordered my Tassimo brewer (t65) and coffee disks, they got here about a week ago, even the so called endagenred starbucks disks... What a gret machine and the coffe? Excellent! I actually bought it for the Starbucks cofee and they taste great, but you know what, the others are very good too. I actually can live with the Gevelia Coffe Brand, great flavor. I'm not a taste all the coffe brands guy, I stick with what I like and they are several of them I love. Love my Tassimo Brewer!!!

I have owned and really enjoyed my Tassimo brewer for nearly four months now, I have all ready been frustrated with the offerings available but I do really like the Starbucks. The cappuccino and Latte varieties are really lacking in taste, they are just off. The availability of the varieties at the local stores is terrible at best, and the ordering online is just a bother. I will be switching to Keurig, especially now that the Starbucks brand has realized the limiting forces that Kraft has set up. I would have thought they would have gone with a Gilette strategy in getting the machines out there, but in trying to make too much money in too many places they will end up losing money in all areas, bravo and thanks for wasting my time and money.
Regards, Brian

For those of use that prefer black coffee and none of the lattes and other drinks, losing Starbucks will give me reason to switch machines unless Tassimo lands a really good coffee.

Hi pteculver882009,
I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your Tassimo purchase. I have passed this information on, along with the email address that you have set as your screen name.
