:_|My husband and I ordered a T last Dec. and have since totally enjoyed the convenience of it and love not wasting pots of coffee that go down the sink. My problem is the Direct Del. Not one month has gone by that we don't have an issue. It takes a full month or longer to get your delivery! We recd Jan's order the third wk in Feb and Feb's mid Mar. Now here it is end of Mar and CS is telling me I won't get Mar until mid or late Apr. I have to supplement my orders by purchasing at my local grocers, this means I am spending approx. 60$ a month on coffee! When I call CS, which by the way is in the Phillipines, I get very sweet ladies who I believe is one woman sitting in front of a computer with no power at all in helping T's customers. I am so fed up with this! I asked for phone numbers to go over her head and, how convenient, she doesn't know them. She explained that my March order is being packed as we speak when it said on my acct page that it was to be ship'd the week of the 25th (last wk). I chk my acct pg today, (the money for it still hasn't been taken out of my acct), and they already have it noted that my next order will be ship'd on 4/22! WHERE'S MARCH'S? Ugh! I am ready to trash the machine, it's not worth the headache. What's the use of having the convenience of DD when you don't get it on time?? Is there someone out there, please, who works for the company and has some clout to get me my order asap! I'm at my wits end! Thanks, Furious.

Again, Wow there is some kind of crazy out there. i have had my share of ups and downs with Tassimo, but on the whole am satisfied with the machine and the drinks. The C.S. dept. has been on the whole good to me and I to them. I thought about the Keurig but so love my Tassimo that I won't switch. i even have a Tassimo that I take on vacation with me so everyone can enjoy the drinks. Everyone looks forward to my bringing this and making expressos in the morning. it is such a treat! Sorry that so many of you are having problems out there. Also so sad to see Starbucks go as I love their coffees and expressos also.

This thread is interesting. My husband accidently broke the resevoir on our T20 this morning. According to the CSA they have one we can purchase but for some ridiculous reason they need the FD and TAS # from the bottom of the brewer. STUPID why in heaven's name would I order a part for something I don't own/need. Just send me the GD thing.

Wow, I just had the WORST experience with the Tassimo customer service. Truthfully, term "customer service" doesn't apply. It was a nightmare and after scanning the comments beloew I see I am not alone.

If you are contemplating purchasing a Tassimo: BEWARE! If you ever need to talk to someone in customer service, it could take you 6 weeks to get through to someone(like it did me)and then not only won't they be able to help you, they won't care either.

That being said, I am buying a Kuerig.

I had my problems as well but it turned out to be a good thing. When I received my T65 from Tassimo it took about a week to receive it and I never got an email that it was coming, when I did receive it it was dead on arrival! It turned out that my timing was prefect, my local Bed Bath & Beyond had a $50 rebate on the T65 plus a 20% off coupon my wife had and my total cost was around $109, $90 less then Tassimo was charging me. Great machine!

Well, the nightmare continues. After confirming with me via email that my order was cancelled, Tassimo decided to re-run my credit card and ship the product anyway. I had to refuse delivery of the package today. Hopefully they actually refund my money (again), and that it stays refunded this time. If not, I'll have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. As a side note, I gave the wife the Keurig yesterday, and we are thrilled with it. I can't wait to try all the different beverages.

I loved the Starbucks Caps however, I recently tried the Maxwell House version and was surprised that I really liked it and it is less expensive.

Something that many of us have realized is that the Tassimo 'bot are a better designed brewer than thte Keurigs. The idea of havin a brewer that makes fairly decent caps & lattes is great. But with the exodus of Starbucks along with Seattles and Tazo teas, there's not out there. :_|

The irony is that I am getting a gift for the wife for our anniversary, and she specifically asked for a Keurig. I was in the dark about it all, and after doing what I thought was enough research, I came to the conclusion that a Tassimo seemed like the better option. Turns out she will get what she asked for. It accounts for a substantial amount of the profit line. :^O

Well, I got another email last night, in response to a couple more I had sent, requesting cancellation. I guess I now just need to keep an eye on the credit card, to make sure I get my money refunded. I think I'll swing by Macy's this afternoon to get a Keurig. It is rather disappointing, but I'm hoping I was forced into the right decision, after all is said and done. Below is their response.
