They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Poorly trained service representatives...that lie just to get you off the phone. Anyone reading this should select a different company.
How can a company have such awful service? Two weeks to deliver a package that is 1 day UPS from me? Every time I call they give me a different answer about when it was shipped, oh wait "processed". You expect me to pay full retail for a product on your "delivery" service and then have crappy delivery?
If you want me to pay $1 a cup for your coffees and teas you better give service to match.
