I've ordered from Kohl's website. While they don't have a large selection, it varies and is usually on sale. Also, shipping charges are cheaper. Today for instance, it's 99 cents.

Hello,
I came here to voice my experiences with this company. If you call them they are rude and never willling to help. This is the worst company I ever dealt with.
I called Seattle's best to find out what the problem is as well as gathering information regarding t discs.
There are many other places where you can purchase the discs. These places are friendlier, sometimes cheaper and you don't support a company as ugly and customer repelling as this one.

When place my first direct delivery auto-ship order I received the customary thank-you, order confirmation and shipping emails. However a few days later I received an email about signing in and being able to track my order. I went to sign up and it required my customer number. I checked every email I received and no customer number. I then emailed customer service about this and included name, address, telephone number and order number and received the auto-reply my question received and I believe it was that I should receive a response within 2 days. Nothing, then a few days later I received a response that was not friendly that stated that my customer number would be on my invoice when I received my order. Why send an email telling me to sign in and check my order and NOT PROVIDE all the information required? Then not receive a timely courteous response?
Orders have been within the time frame but close to the end of when expected. Also it seems it takes longer than it should from the warehouse. I admit I have a Tassimo and Keurig and my Keurig order comes quicker. Kraft had should get it together.

I would like to just order. Not go through setting up and auto order. Something like click, click, done. Why does ordering have to be so complicated?

I have had the worst service with this company, and they don't seem to want to make it any better?? it is to bad because the machine and coffee is great. i have been waiting for my coffee order since 10\22\2010 ??? they tell me it is because they didn't have all the coffee in stock ,but they took the money out of my account just fine, but they couldn't send me an email or call or something. i think that is terrible buisness, maybe if i send this out they might try to improve the service.

Good advice. They do tend to hold an entire order if something is backordered. Not surprising since folks pay one shipping rate for the entire order, not split amounts.

This thread is so disappointing to me...sigh.
I remember being (naively) impressed by Tassimo customer service when they told me a new piercing unit was on the way, and that I should receive it within 2 weeks.
I even CONFIRMED with the customer service person, making sure that they had my address correct and was the unit REALLY on the way? I was told that yes, they had my address from my registration (& it was correct) and that yes, it really was on the way.
It never arrived, and I didn't get a reply from customer service when I followed up several MONTHs later.
Oh Tassimo, how you have let me down.

@ DaiTengu I feel sorry if you experience such horrible service, you should let them know so they can fix the issue for you, well for me never had this kind of delay/issue on my shipment.
whenever I placed an order they always advice me that I might recieve it within a week or 2, but most of the time it arrived within the next following day.
I suggest try checking on your items there might be some items that are not available.
hope that helps !

Well, if it does get to you before Christmas, make sure you let us know (here on the forums) how long it took.

I canceled my direct delivery service a year ago mainly due to shipping issues like what was mentioned in this thread. I decided to pop in today to see if the issue was resolved.
Apparently not.
Fortunately I've got a local BB&B that I can get my discs at. However I can't find anyone else that sells piercing units for my machine.
I'm ordering one now. I'm not holding my breath for it to get here before christmas.

TASSIMO and KRAFT are companies that no longer stand behind its products.
I will take every opportunity and every forum to encourage future buyers to look elsewhere.

If you have a problem with delivery of product contact the Delaware Better Business Bureau I did and got my order within 5 days. look for my other post I have additional contact info for corp office. We all need to stick together and they will have to fix the problems they are having and a little heat from the BBB helped. Good Luck
