I'm a little disappointed, but I've learned to expect this from Kraft.

Well guys I think I over hyped these coffees. Just a brief overview.

Carte Noire Creme Brulee and Tiramisu both come with a creamer, but the actual coffee discs themselves are a syrup not standard coffee, so if you've ever tried that Suchard hot chocolate, you already know where I'm going with this. Also, the servings are about half of what the normal size lattes they offer in the US. So just a couple quick overviews:

The Creme Brulee, while not what I expected, actually tastes pretty decent, similar to a french vanilla creme brulee with a little bit of coffee sprinkled in. However, still not worth the shipping cost.

The only way to describe the taste and smell of the Tiramisu is....Tootsie Roll. If you like tootsie rolls, you'll love it, if you're like me you'll be disappointed.

The one bright note however was the Fruit of the Wood Tea. It was a little bit of a bitter tea with a hint of berry (I'm thinking raspberry specifically). I just added a little honey or sugar to to take away some of the bitterness, it and it's was very delicious. Highly recommend this one.

So just to sum it up, they need to bring more teas to the US, and I now understand why they didn't bring the tiramisu and creme brulee to the US.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaa, please do post your thoughts ; ) Again, I think the shipping delays were probably an issue of backorder, I know I read on a UK site that the same issues we experience they also experience. Glad you got the package, and anxiously awaiting to hear back from you. Is the Creme Brulee liquid coffee by any chance? I read that somewhere too.

After a bit of a shipping issue, I have finally received all 3 today. I'll let everyone know how the tea and creme brulee are tomorrow.

You should go back and see who you actually bought the product from on Amazon. In a small hyperlink next to the product is the name of the company handling your order - the confirmation email should also come from the company handling the order.. It could say Amazon.com or Bob's Used Coffee Pods or whatever.. but that is the company that is handling the shipping of the product to you. Then contact them (Amazon or the other business if it is not Amazon) and see if you can find out what's up.

Like Doug, I always get my stuff fast from Amazon... but if it is from another company (but through Amazon), sometimes I do see delays - rare, but it happens.

It is very quick ordering from the States. I normally receive my shipment from Amazon US well ahead of the expected/estimated date of delivery as well ; ) However, Lasphonixash ordered from Amazon "UK" via Eurovista so that order might take longer. Not sure if Eurovista is a marketplace seller via Amazon and that can also make a difference. There was one member who posted on this forum that he/she received their shipment from Amazon UK in a little over a week's time via Eurovista. I was surprised since that is unusually fast. I use to order skin care ingredients from British Columbia/Canada, and sometimes orders would reach me [NYS] fairly quickly. Other times the shipments were processed and shipped quickly but presumeably got held up at the border for a period of time.

I believe the Cote d'Or is from Cadbury. The europeans had their own board going for a while to petition Kraft to bring on board this chocolate drink. Amazing how receptive Kraft was. Either way, like Milka, I'm hoping Kraft brings the chocolate drink to the states, and of course the other chocolates as well. I'm wondering too, if this particular brand of chocoate might make a better choice for mocha lattes????

dandmonty, please post back and let us know how the transaction went, how long it took from day of ordering till the date you received, and of course not in the least your review of this coffee. I don't drink decaf, probably should, but I feel for you guys in that your choices are so limited. Overall, I find the Carte Noire regular caffienated coffees to be superior over MH and G. Hope its the same for the decaf.

I am always looking for decaf that is better than Gevalia, so I clicked on the link someone supplied below to Amazon UK. They had the Carte Noire Espresso in decaf. So, I hope it is better. Just wanted to try it. If it's good, I may try to order other things with it next time. It was supplied through Eurovista, and seemed a little pricey, 24.33 (USD) oir 16 discs, but worth it for an experiment. All my information that is stored on Amazon US was there and it was a quick click to order. Hope the shipping is as quick as everyone has said.
I too agree, and wonder why we can't get these products in the US. As they say Only in America (not, I guess).

Would you consider trying the Cote d'Or with a late milk disc?
