We changed to the Tassimo system and it has been very reliable. BUT!!!!! we find that Tassimo is very unreliable about shipping there orders, two weeks is a long time and when you call and they promise the order will go out the next day and it does not go out for another week. This is bad....Tassimo---you have a great product and coffee--please improve your customer relations and shipping.
