Did your problem get resolved, GermanPie?
I couldn't tell in your last post that the discs were bad or the new machine was bad. I would imagine if you buy a package and the milk discs were dried up, I would be going back to that store to return them. The store should stand behind the product they sell and at least exchange them.

I know what you mean, forrestganther. not so long ago and already problems.
It seems like I have the monopoly on bad luck. I bought the Tassimo T65 one and a half week ago, since this, I have three diffrent packages with Cap and Latte from diffrent stores, which my husband thrown in the trash, because the discs was over and over with dried creamer and grounds.
And now I have some grounds in my cup too. I'm really thinking about, that was my best choice to bought this brewer. ">

I agree with Athena ; ) I have read postings over the years that indicated after a disc actually blew some of the grounds backed up into the machine and bits would come out in ensuing brews. Cleaning, descaling, cleaning the piercing unit might then be an answer. Unfortunately, I have also read postings in which discs blowing up have on rare occasions damaged the brewer. If cleaning doesn't work contact um... ah hem, CS.

One was Gevalia Carmel Latte, another was Maxwell House Decaf, another was Seattle Breakfast Blend. The Gevalia disk burst, so I understood, but the others were just fine. Well except I had some grounds in my coffee. Not a spoonfull but enough to say Ewehh

Like Doug, I haven't had that happen either. It's not common, but I've read a few similar posts. Seems like a batch here & there have that problem. Have you tried other disks to see if it's just that one product run?
