Horrible Customer Service

I have been a customer of Tassimo for almost 6 years. The past two days I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the company. Yesterday "May" in the Phillipines promised to call me back. She didn't. Today I called and was left on hold for over an hour...then they closed the office and just left me hanging there. The website has constant problems and the "contact us" email would not even let me write enough to describe the problem.
What does it take to actually get customer service?
