I had the same problem with the Milka. My solution was simple. I placed the choco disc into a cup of warm/hot water for about 5 minutes. This seems to soften things up a bit. Then I place it into my 'bot.
I would never - ever drink the Suchard hot coco. I suggest that you read the ingredients. Last time I checked, it contained both high fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated oils. I suggest that you look up both. While artificial flavors are one thing, these two ingredients should be banned.

Ditto with Z. I am not much of a Capp or Latte drinker, but I've used maybe about 5 packs since November. I do however, make one Suckard daily for my wife. No leaking or exploding discs here.

My T20 consumes all the milk from both SB & MH Latte Tdisc's. I have owned the Bot since mid Jan and have probably used about 3 packs of both brands by now. (48 beverages) I use the milk disc before the Espresso disc if that makes any difference. So far no mess .....

It looks like I spoke too soon about the leaking discs. Opened a new package of Starbucks cappuccino and there are about 2 tablespoons of milk left after brewing. I also noticed there is about 1 tablespoon of milk left after the Latte Primo using a new package. I don't know if it's the discs themselves or my machine. This is the machine that I still need to exchange because it won't stop saying clean reader after the reader has been cleaned and after using a cleaning disc-twice ran through. Has anyone run into trouble with various discs? I'm still overall pleased with the machine, it brews a fine cup of coffee.
I have found now that regarding the milk left in the cappuccino milk disc, I'll hit hold for more for just a couple of seconds or more and that seems to push most of the rest of the milk out. But I'm still wondering if it's the machine that's the problem as to why it's not coming all the way out. I didn't notice this before. It's noticeable now because of the amount of leaking upon removal. I don't recall any leaking with the first package of Latte Primo. All the Starbucks discs have been purchased at the same location at the same time.

I bought the top of the line Tassimo brewing machine and really love it, but I, too, experience leaking milk discs upon occasion and the chocolate discs don't always empty. I find that I have to clean the machine thoroughly after each use so the stuff doesn't get gunked up. My first Tassimo machine really gunked up alot, but this new machine is so beautiful. i love it and I love the Tassimo expresso drinks. I am addicted to them!

My machine uses all the milk but it might leave a drop upon removal at times. If yours is leaving quite a bit of milk, then you might want to call customer service.
I've noticed with the Milka chocolate that my machine doesn't take out all the product for the chocolate disc. I've tried the Suchard and all of it is removed with that disc.

I like my T20 Tassimo...but the milk disc always leaks and makes a mess when I take it out of the machine. It also has plenty of milk left in it which I usually have to shake into the cup.
Any help? suggestions? thanks, Ray
